Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand drops, processing times may be slightly longer — quality takes time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• Domestic Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• International Orders: Typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder before reaching out.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Heartless Lifestyle is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do our best to support you where possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our quality. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — within reason.

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags must be attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.

• Worn, washed, or damaged items (unless received defective)

Exchanges
We offer size exchanges (subject to availability). If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue store credit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll take care of it.

Wash Cold

• Machine wash inside out
• Use cold water only
• Wash with similar colors
• Use mild detergent
• Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals

Cold washes protect fabric integrity and keep graphics sharp.

Air Dry Recommended

• Air dry whenever possible
• If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat
• Do not over-dry

High heat can shrink fabric and crack prints. Keep it clean. Keep it crisp.

Protect the Print

• Do not iron directly on graphics
• If ironing is necessary, turn garment inside out
• Avoid dry cleaning unless stated on care tag

Storage

• Store folded or hung in a cool, dry place
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to prevent fading
